Every toolkit is created to rebrand and licensed to resell: buy it, brand it as your own, deploy it, and sell what you build. Some carry the right to resell the toolkit itself. Affiliates earn on every sale they refer.

Licensing & terms

Rebrand · $497: A one-time license (plus $29/mo) to customize a toolkit and use it as your own — rebrand it, deploy it, and sell what you build with it. Does not include the right to resell the toolkit itself.
Rebrand & Resell · $997: Everything in Rebrand (plus $29/mo), plus the right to resell the toolkit itself alongside what you build.
Prixom Affiliate · $29/mo: A membership that includes your affiliate link to the full Vault and a monthly product/course audit. Earn 40% on every referred sale while active.

All sales are final. No refunds on digital products — files are delivered instantly and can't be returned.
License scope. Each license covers the individual or business that purchased it.
Resale rights. Reselling a toolkit itself requires the Rebrand & Resell license; the Rebrand license covers what you build, not the raw toolkit.
Affiliate payouts. Affiliates earn 40% on referred sales; an active membership keeps referral links live.
Changes. Terms may be updated as the catalogue grows; the version shown here applies to purchases made under it.
